UI / Visual Designer
As a UI Designer you play a crucial role in creating a seamless and user-friendly visual interface for Therapieland’s customers and their users. You love the idea that your work is essential for helping with the mental resilience of our users through inspiring psychological content, and you understand that only the best user interface can lead to helping 100 million people, our company’s mission.
Your work as a UI Designer
You work closely with the design team, product engineering and stakeholders to enhance the user experience through a compelling and visually striking user interface. You actively participate in design sessions and use your knowledge of design principles, patterns, trends to translate briefings into excellent user interface designs. As a Visual UI Designer, you are a pixel pusher, and you deliver amazing design solutions that elevate the overall user experience. You welcome collaboration with constructive feedback and constant refinement during the design process.
You know how to balance time spent on wireframes or mockups and design execution, and use tools, methods and processes to your advantage, welcoming product design and engineering teams to make well-informed choices. You promote a mobile first design, and know how to deliver absolute rock solid engineering ready design assets with clear instructions, that are methodical, and contribute to the design system. Your expertise will shine through our application and speak directly to our user.
In this role, you are responsible for:
Designing and delivering brilliant, pixel perfect UI designs;
Creating handover ready files for the tech team;
Living on the platform, you test and understand it, and qualify deliveries on different devices.

In addition, you have
A bachelor's degree (or commensurate experience) in Multimedia Design, Interactive Design, User interface design, UX design or a related field;
3+ years of experience in application or UI/UX design;
Strong design skills (we work with Figma), and a relentless desire to master the tool as much as the process and associated skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary starting from 2900 EUR monthly
