Your mission: What you'll do

As our Data Architect, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of strategic data projects, from conception to completion. You will thrive on responsibility and celebrate team success while ensuring quality and raising our data ambitions.

• Establish future-proof data foundation: You will accelerate the technical and organizational architecture for our data ecosystem from ingest to security and governance and build a data platform to create scalable data and AI products.
  
  

• Lead and implement strategic data initiatives: Design and implement company wide data projects end-to-end, including data modeling, database architecture, data warehousing, analytics platforms, tailored to product-led growth business objectives, while setting clear goals and monitoring progress.
  
  

• Architect and implement scalable solutions: Assess project briefs to define data architecture, and ensure every implementation is scalable, reliable, efficient, and maintainable. A key challenge will be to develop our operational capabilities using a hub-spoke model for data organization.
  
  

• Drive AI/ML Innovation: Enabling advanced analytics and AI/ML, including infrastructure for experimentation, model deployment, and continuous improvement of SaaS product features, ensuring the launch of predictive models, intelligence and personalization in our product, operating at the forefront of the mental e-health industry.
  
  

• Manage risk and quality: Implementing data governance, security, compliance, and quality—especially with sensitive SaaS customer data. Proactively identify project risks, implement effective mitigation strategies, and champion the highest standards for data quality and execution.
  
  

• Delivery focus: Ability to deliver projects and communicate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, drive adoption, and report results in business-impact terms.
  
  

• Collaboration and communication: Work closely with the tech lead, data engineer, data scientist, analysts, product, MT and stakeholders to align the data platform with business and product strategies. Know when to influence, when to accept and when to decide, while balancing sustainable initiatives with immediate gains.
  
  

Your expertise: What you'll bring

We are looking for a hands-on leader who is deeply data-driven, strategic, and an excellent problem-solver. You don't take things at face value; you go deep, challenge assumptions, and use your expertise to empower decisions.

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical data roles, with a proven track record of leading complex data projects and initiatives, preferably in a PLG environment.
  
  

• Education: A Master's degree (WO-level) in a technical and/or business data field, engineering, or a related discipline.
  
  

• Technology: Deep expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data quality, integration across cloud environments (GCP), data system design, AI/ML architecture, SQL/noSQL, Snowflake, DBT, orchestration tools, analytics.
  
  

• Systems: Mastery of lifecycle management, data and/or MLOps, data product delivery, monitoring and reuse of production data in GDPR safe environments.
  
  

• Leadership: You demonstrate agile leadership with managerial perspective. You know when to make a decision and how to influence and leverage your team to maximize performance and achieve ambitious goals.
  
  

• Strategic and action-oriented: Adept at breaking down complex strategic goals into small, valuable deliveries and easily switching between ad-hoc responses and long-term strategic thinking.
